About Toutou Couture
Toutou, meaning "doggie" in French is co owned by Shelley B. nd Stefanie R. We met in the Garment Industry as buyer and seller, in the Junior sportswear business, and have maintained a friendship throughout the years. Between the two of us we have over 50 years experience in buying, selling, merchandising and design.
We're both pet owners. Shelley owns a Caviler King Charles, names Bentley, and a Springer Spaniel, Chelsea. Stefanie owns a Miniature French Poodle, Lucky Luc, and two Tonkinese cats, Tara & Max. With the love for out pets and our knowledge of fashion and trends, we thought it was time for us to take our passions into the "doggie" marketplace.
With the changing trends and direction that we have seen in the fashion business, the thing that doesn't change is "fashion basics." Comfortable fabrics that stretch when we move and colors that make us feel good. We think that our doggies want to feel good in their apparel as well.
Dogs, as humans, come in all shapes and sizes. Our line includes sizes to fit small and large dogs. We hope to bring your "toutou" things that feel good, fit good, washes well, and make you and your pooch smile.
